1. The service

LaunchBid AI lists AI-related products and lets founders buy sponsored rank with cumulative EUR bids. Rank reflects verified cumulative bids. Placement does not guarantee traffic, signups or sales.

2. Accounts and listings

Founders must provide accurate information, own or be authorised to represent the product, and submit only AI-related products. We may reject, suspend or remove listings that break the rules.

3. Bids and payments

Bids are cumulative. Only the difference to a new total is charged. Ranking is determined by verified totals; ties favour the earlier total. Rank can change at any time as others bid.

4. Content

You keep ownership of your content and grant us a licence to display it on the service. Edits to published listings return to moderation.

5. Liability
